E-Mail Delivery
For users who want to remotely keep tabs on the machine running Keylogger, the E-mail Delivery feature is exactly what you are looking for. Keylogger has the unique ability to send you all of the recorded log file in any format to a specified e-mail address,This gives you the power to remotely checkup on what users of the machine are doing without having to physically be at the machine to do so!
Send every - Sends activities recorded on your e-mail, through the certain interval of time which you have chosen.
Send To - Keylogger needs an address to be able to send your messages the same way as the postal service needs an address to be able to deliver a letter. The destination e-mail address are entered in "Send To" field.
From - The Originator's e-mail address, which will be put in the header of each message created from this account. For example,
[email protected]
Subject - The Originator's Subject, which will be put in the header of each message created from this account. For example, Subject: Active Key Logger Report.
SMTP Host - The address of your SMTP server to which all outgoing e-mail messages from the account will be sent. The address may be represented as a traditional URL (e.g.: mail.winsoul.com) or as a numeric IP address (e.g. 193.219.214.38); if an IP address is used you should be aware that it could be subject to change. The advantage of using IP addresses in this context is that a DNS lookup is not used, thus it is slightly faster on connecting to the server.
Settings the E-mail Delivery is a fairly straight forward process, however, it may take some effort in order to obtain the information necessary to have Active Key Logger send you the logs via e-mail. For starters, in order to proceed, you will need to know the following information:
- SMTP Host
- E-mail Address of Recipient Receiving Logs
If you do not know your SMTP host, you will need to contact a support representative at your Internet Service Provider, or ask your system administrator. To make things simple, Active Key Logger comes equipped with a default SMTP host of "mail.exploreanywhere.com". However, you may change this at any time to match your servers specifications.
Port - Mail service port number are sometimes changed to prevent other systems from the outside world from connecting to servers used within the given network. In this case, you must re-define the port number. The port number used by SMTP protocol (default 25).
UserID and Password - If your SMTP server require authentication that allows you to send e-mail's log, you should enter Username and Password.
Test E-Mail Delivery Settings - You can check up e-mail delivery settings, click the "Test E-Mail Delivery Settings".
FTP Delivery
For users who want to remotely keep tabs on the machine running Keylogger, the FTP Delivery feature is exactly what you are looking for. Keyogger has the unique ability to send you all of the recorded log file in any format to a specified ftp server. This gives you the power to remotely checkup on what users of the machine are doing without having to physically be at the machine to do so!
Send every - Sends keystrokes recorded on your ftp server, through the certain interval of time which you have chosen.
FTP Host - This field lets you enter the server name or IP-address of the FTP server, e.g. ftp.myserver.com
Port - A different port number can be specified separated by a colon, e.g. 1021
UserID and Password - If your FTP server require authentication that allows you to send log, you should enter Username and Password.
Test FTP Delivery Settings - You can check up ftp delivery settings, click the "Test FTP Delivery Settings".
Report Delivery
You may select a logs wich you wish send.
Log Format - You can choose in what kind will to be sent Keystrokes log to you on e-mail or FTP.
Clear Log After Successful E-Mail Delivery - After Successful E-Mail ro FTP Delivery Keylogger Allows to remove log file.
